How To

    1. Everything you will need for your experience will be included inside the pot. Open the lid, then remove any bagged contents.

    2. Pour 2 1/2 - 3 cups of your choice of liquid into a measuring cup. (We recommend Sauvignon Blanc- it’s our personal favorite!) You may use water, beer (lager or ale), or ANY dry white wine.

    3. Add 2 tablespoons of our seasoning to the liquid and stir. Then pour the mixture over the contents of the pot.

    4. Replace the lid and turn your stove top burner to HIGH.

    5. After a few minutes, you will hear it boiling. Now it’s time to set a timer for 10 minutes.

    6. On the side, put any remaining seafood you have ordered on a plate and sprinkle with at least a tablespoon of seasoning. The more you add, the more flavorful it gets. But be careful, because the more of the Traditional Boil and Cajun seasonings you add, the spicier they will get.

    7. After 10 minutes have passed, the pot will be HOT. Use potholders and lift the lid and add the newly seasoned seafood.

    8. Continue boiling until the shrimp are pink and scallops are solid white and no longer translucent. This should take less than 10 minutes, depending on your type of stove.

    9. The next step is to drain the pot. Remember, it is HOT! Use your potholders and carefully drain the liquid into the sink over a colander.

    10. The final step is up to you. You can pour the seafood boil right onto a tablecloth, newspaper, or into a serving tray.
